Specialization subjects include Advanced Operations Management, Logistics Management, Managing Service Operations, Materials and Inventory Management, Operations Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Operations Management, and Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Six Sigma. Qualification required is PhD or Post Graduation with Operations Management specialization subjects. PhD from Top NIRF ranked Universities / Institutions or high ranked QS Global ranked Universities are preferred. For Assistant Professor, applicants must have around 4-5 years of teaching experience and exhibit a strong potential for excellence in teaching and research. A Ph.D. in the relevant or related discipline from top NIRF ranked University/ Institution or a highly ranked (QS Ranked) University/ Institution is mandatory. For Associate Professor, applicants must demonstrate an outstanding research record, publications in reputed academic journals, and proven academic leadership skills. A minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience with a top ranked University/Institution is required, along with a Ph.D. degree from a top NIRF-rated institute or a high rank QS university.
