We are looking for dedicated and experienced faculty members to teach in our MBA program. Key Responsibilities: Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in MBA courses. Develop and update course lecture materials, and assessments. Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Research and Scholarship: Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations. Stay current with developments in the field of business and management. Contribute to the academic community through participation in conferences and professional organizations. Service: Participate in departmental and university committees and initiatives. Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters. Engage in community service and outreach activities. Professional Development: Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and research skills. Participate in faculty development programs and workshops.
