Requirements
- Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Finance with an excellent academic record
- UGC-NET and/or Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, or Management (Finance Specialization) – Completed or Pursuing
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Postgraduate programme; OR
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an Undergraduate programme (BBA/B.Com or equivalent)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Research publications in peer-reviewed and reputed journals
- NET qualification as per regulatory norms
- Desired Expertise
- Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Financial Markets & Institutions, Banking & Financial Services, Financial Statement Analysis, International Finance, Taxation, Financial Modelling, and Business Analytics.
- Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS, R, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and mentoring skills
- Research orientation and publication record preferred
- Industry exposure, accreditation knowledge, academic administration, and industry networking abilities will be an added advantage
