Requirements
Ph.D. from IIT / NIT / IIM / Foreign University with 15+ years post-Ph.D. experience in academics, research or industry. For Director - Online & Distance Education, proven ODL leadership, UGC-DEB compliance, LMS, MOOCs and SWAYAM experience is required. For Director - Admissions, postgraduate degree with 10-15 years in university admissions, student recruitment or outreach, leading large teams is required.
