Arab Open University: Lecturer/Assistant Professor

Arab Open University, Bahrain Branch invites qualified applicants for the Academic year 2026-2027 for the following positions: Business Studies, PhD in Business Administration or a related discipline, Lecturer/Assistant professor. The successful candidate must have: A sequence in the qualifications of Bachelor, Masters, and PhD. A minimum of 2-3 years of university-level teaching experience is preferred. Demonstrated record of research and scholarly publications in reputable academic journals. Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and foster student engagement in higher education. Experience in open and distance learning, particularly within the Open University system, is considered an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
